CNC Plasma Cutting

Our Mission:

Provide Precision Custom Quality Cut Metal

  • Residential & Commercial work welcome.
  • No job too big or too small.

What we do:

We cut metals on a 4 x 4 CNC table from PlasmaCAM and can be indexed to cut from 4 ft. X 4 ft or up to 4 ft. X 8 ft sheets. We have two plasma cutters, a Lincoln Electric Procut 25 & Hypertherm Powermax 1250 G3 - used to cut the thicker materials.

We can cut Flat sheet metal, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. We can cut from materials up to 7/8 thick or a thin as 24 gage metal.

Whether you need one item or a continuous production run, we will meet your needs.

Designs are done in various programs: (i.e., Auto CAD, Bob CAD/CAM, DesignCAD, ScanPro, PlasmaCAM, Magic Tracer, Inkscape, GIMP, AlgoLab, Desk Engrave, Vextractor ) and can import from Auto Cad .dxf, HPGL/2plot files, Spreadsheet text, .csv, and G code. Or send a detailed good photo .bmp .jpg .tif, .gif image, line art image, hand line drawing with specs., etc.

For text (letters and numbers), most fonts are readily available and can be cut out as a stand alone letter or linked together using a connecting bar at the top or bottom of the letters or both top and bottom. Some samples can be seen on the Portfolio page.
